Kulbir (Kolby) Rangi
Kulbir (Kolby) Rangi is the MFRC administrator, with a professional background in anatomy, physiology medical billing and coding. Kolby has held posts at several colleges, including adjunct faculty at the City University of New York, preparing future manager/administrators and billers/coders for successful careers in the Medical Insurance and Medical Administrative fields. As part of the MFRC family since 2008, Kolby coordinates patient billing, network participation, and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the Marriage and Family Resource Center.
Dr. Donald Burstein PhD
Dr. Burstein is a clinical licensed Psychologist for over 30 years. He is also an associate professor of Psychology at Bucks County Community College and Montgomery County Community College. He has a strong background in psychological assessment and psychological testing, and has helped thousands of students and patients meet their career and specific vocational goals and objectives.
Dr. Joan A. Feinstein PhD, JD
Dr. Joan A. Feinstein, PhD, JD brings a unique perspective to problems; she is both a doctoral level psychologist and an attorney with over 30 years of clinical practice. Joan has taught law and psychology at Hahnemann University, Holy Family and the University of Phoenix Bucks County Campus. Dr. Feinstein is also a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey focusing on the special problems of mental health disability. She is an advocate for people experiencing difficulty in obtaining disability and other benefits where their claims are based on a mental health diagnosis.
