Joan A. Feinstein, PhD, JD brings a unique perspective to problems; she is both a doctoral level psychologist and an attorney with over 30 years of clinical practice. Joan has taught law and psychology at Hahnemann University, Holy Family and the University of Phoenix Bucks County Campus. Dr. Feinstein is also a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey focusing on the special problems of mental health disability.
